RENTAL APPLICATION- PORTUGUESE
Make sure to fill the application out as much as you can and sign the last page.
You must email or fax the following (info@citylifellc.com or fax copies to 201-301-8886):
- a copy of your drivers license/governmental id/passport
- the last 2 months of pay stubs and last years w2
- the fully completed application (Please do not forget to sign the Application)
- copy of social security card
Each proposed occupant of the apartment or home over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
The cost of each application is $50 per person over the age of 18.
This fee must be paid in our office in Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, or by Zelle
